I believe the journey of life is a series of milestones and celebrations. Moments that are ephemeral - as light as a whisper or etched in your mind forever.

I’m creative at heart. A performer, presenter and people lover. I’ve worked at a senior level in events, arts and community development.

It is my mission to create your magical moments and lifelong memories. Let me remove the stress to shape a unique occasion that reflects you. I will add my magic to elevate your celebration.

Let me be clear though – whilst I’ll bring my blend of innovativeness, humour and organisation, this is about you. I’m here to create and facilitate.

My Process

The 7 P’s

1. Preferences
This is the getting to know each other stage. We meet for a chat to familiarise and find out more about each other - our first date in other words. Am I a good fit for you and you for me? If so, we go public with our relationship and have more dates to learn more about your preferences and how I can best serve you.

2. Paperwork
We get the admin out of the way, sign the service agreement, lock in your booking and complete the relevant legal stuff.

3. Planning and Preparation
This is where the fun starts and my creative juices get going! We’ll explore the various options available. I’ll provide advice and suggestions which best reflect your preferences in crafting the run sheet and script. I am completely at your disposal taking on as much or as little of the planning as you desire.

4. Practice
Depending on your event’s complexity, we might arrange a rehearsal for all involved to ensure everyone is comfortable and prepared. If this is not feasible, rest assured, as an experienced Event Manager, I guarantee a seamless delivery. The Practice would be simply to ease any stress.

5. Present and Perform
The big day arrives and it’s time to bring our plans to life. I’ll arrive with plenty of time to spare to set up and familiarise. I’ll come equipped with everything needed to enact Plan A, Plan B and if necessary Plan C. I’ve got this.

6. Party and Pics
This is your time to enjoy your moment as I take care of creating your unforgettable memories. Everything I do is geared towards raising the warm and fuzzies to happy tears level. Memory making is my business and it is my mission to achieve the feels and the emotions you’re after for your event. Just take it all in.

7. Post Reflection
Your event may have flown by but you heeded my advice and took a moment to savour it. It’s now time to sit back and reflect. You’ll receive all the official docs, wrap up remaining admin, and hopefully, share some kind words about my services. In the end, you’ve not only had an awesomely memorable experience, you’ve also gained a new friend.
